At EverForgeKS, we are committed to getting your tools and equipment to you as quickly and safely as possible. Please review our shipping and return policies below to ensure a smooth purchasing experience.
Shipping Policy
Order Processing
All orders placed on www.everforgeks.com are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays). Orders placed after 2:00 PM CST may not be processed until the following business day. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your shipment in real time. Please allow up to 24 hours after receiving your shipping confirmation for tracking information to update in the carrier's system.
Shipping Methods and Rates
We offer several shipping options to meet your needs. All shipping times are estimates and begin from the date your order is shipped, not the date the order is placed:
- Standard Shipping (5-7 business days): FREE on all orders over $100. For orders under $100, standard shipping is $7.99.
- Expedited Shipping (3-4 business days): $12.99 for all orders.
- Express Shipping (2-3 business days): $19.99 for all orders.
- Overnight Shipping (1 business day): $29.99 for all orders. Orders must be placed before 12:00 PM CST to be eligible for next-day delivery.
Oversized or heavy items (such as large power tool combos, table saws, or industrial equipment) may incur additional shipping charges. Any surcharges will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to all 50 US states and the District of Columbia. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes for oversized items. APO/FPO addresses are accepted for standard shipping only. International shipping is not available at this time. If you need international delivery, please contact us at support@everforgeks.com and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. You can track your package directly through the carrier's website or by contacting our customer service team. If your tracking information has not updated within 48 hours of receiving your shipping confirmation, please reach out to us and we will investigate the status of your shipment with the carrier.
Delivery Issues
EverForgeKS is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or damaged after delivery confirmation by the carrier. If your package shows as delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors, building management, or your local post office. If you still cannot locate your package, contact us within 48 hours and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue. For signature-required deliveries, please ensure someone is available at the delivery address during the expected delivery window.
Returns Policy
30-Day Return Window
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. To qualify for a return, items must be in their original, unused condition with all original packaging, accessories, manuals, and tags included. Items showing signs of use, wear, modification, or damage caused by the customer are not eligible for return.
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact our customer service team at support@everforgeks.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
- Our team will review your request and, if approved, provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed return instructions, including the return shipping address.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging with the RMA number clearly written on the outside of the package. Do not write directly on the product packaging.
- Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective product, etc.).
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5-10 business days to your original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items that have been used, assembled, or modified
- Items without original packaging or missing accessories
- Items damaged through customer misuse, abuse, or negligence
- Clearance or final sale items (marked as non-returnable)
- Gift cards
Refund Processing
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take an additional 5-7 business days to post the refund to your account. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. If you paid for expedited shipping, only the standard shipping amount will be refunded.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different product or size, please follow the return process above and place a new order for the desired item. This ensures the fastest processing time and guarantees availability of the replacement product.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at support@everforgeks.com with your order number and photos of the damage or defect. We will arrange a free return and send a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you. Please report damaged or defective items within 7 days of delivery to ensure prompt resolution.
Manufacturer Warranties
Many products sold on EverForgeKS are covered by the manufacturer's warranty. Warranty claims should be directed to the manufacturer for the fastest resolution. We can assist you in identifying the appropriate manufacturer contact information and warranty procedures. DeWALT products typically include a limited manufacturer warranty; please refer to the documentation included with your product for specific terms and coverage details.
